A. Flight Booking Policy

  1. We recommend user to read and refer airlines terms and conditions before booking the ticket.

  2. By accepting our booking terms, user is also agreeing to terms & conditions of the respective airline.

  3. Flight schedules and timings are subject to regulatory approvals and change(s).

  4. As per airline policy, unaccompanied minor passengers are required to carry specific supporting documents. Please contact the airline directly for the same

  5. Once customer pays the amount and booked successfully, he/she needs to wait for 2-4 hours for final confirmation of air ticket. Meanwhile do not book again as our team is working on your existing booking or contact our customer support for further assistance.  

  6. In case of unavailability of services, you will receive the complete refunds except the convenience charges(499 for domestic // 799 for International per passenger and per sector) . 

  7. In case of fare increase during the ticketing process(*once we receive the payment), customer can avail the complete refund except the convenience charges(499 for domestic // 799 for International per passenger and per sector). 

  8. In case of international bookings, if passenger choose a connecting flight than he/she should contact respective embassy for any visa/transit visa related queries as do not deals in visa and immigration. Kindly ensure that you have the relevant visa, transit visa (if applicable), immigration clearance and travel with a passport, with a validity of at least 6 months as on date of travel.

  9. FlightPlusHotel is not responsible for any schedule change by the airline after issuance of the ticket. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight timings 48 hours prior to your flight departure.

  10. FlightPlusHotel charges a non-refundable convenience charge .

  11. The passenger is required to check-in at least 3 hours prior departure for International flights, else will be considered as a no show.

  12. Service Fee:-  499 INR for domestic sector //  799 INR for International Sector  *Per sector, Per passenger

  13. Convenience Fee:- 499 INR for domestic sector //  799 INR for International Sector  *Per sector, Per passenger( Convenience Fee is non-refundable in each case)

  14. For offline bookings, we always quote you final price after adding all taxes, service fee and Convenience Fee.

  15. For offline bookings, If payment is delayed more than due date, 2% of interest will be levied on monthly basis.


Cancellation Policy Of Flights

  1. **For domestic flights cancellation request will be accepted upto 8 hours before departure after then you can directly contact the respective airline for any cancellation to prevent delays and no show.

  2. An additional service fee of INR499 per passenger and per sector will be charged in the case of cancellation and rescheduling of domestic flight.

  3. **For international flights we require the cancellation request 72 hours(3 Days) before departure after then you can directly contact the respective airline for any cancellation to prevent delays and no show.

  4. An additional service fee of INR799 per passenger and per sector will be charged in the case of cancellation and rescheduling of international flight.

  5. Scan copy of the ticket will be required in case if flight gets cancelled or delayed by more than 2 hours for domestic flights.

  6. Air Asia, Air Arabia, Tiger Airways and some other international LCC airlines tickets are fully non refundable and no refund will be issued against the cancellation of such tickets.

  7. In case of partial cancellation the refund process takes up to 90 days depending upon the airlines.

  8. Convinence fee is totally non refundable.

  9. Cancellation Includes:-  Airline Penality + Service Fee

  10. Reschedule Includes:-  Airline Penality + Service Fee + Fare Difference (If any)


Refund Policy


  1. It is mandatory to contact Company for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at


  1. The refund amount in case of any cancellation will be refunded within 7-14 working days(*depending on airline policies), in case of no show the refund will be processed only after we get refund from the airlines, after deducting the airline cancellation charges and’s service fee.


  1. Refund against the cancellation of air tickets will be credited directly in your account. In case of Credit Card, refund will be made on the same credit card only. Refund process can take duration of maximum 5-14 working days due to banking procedures.


  1. Note: Processing times for cancellation and refund requests may vary according to respective airline policy.


  1. In case of unavailability of services, you will receive the complete refunds except the convenience charges.


B. Hotel Booking Policy

  1. Hotels may not allow local residents to check-in as guests . This is strictly subject to the Hotel Policies and FlightPlusHotel will not be responsible for such check-in denials.

  2. Hotels reserves the right of admission. Unmarried/unrelated couples may not be allowed to check-in. Similarly accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a Couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. FlightPlusHotel will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.

  3. Check-in time and check-out time is as per hotel policy & terms. Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it. Please note that the check-in time is subject to change as per hotel policy & seasonality.

  4. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.

  5. Government has levied service tax on hotel room charges effective on stays from 1st May 2011. This tax may be required to be settled directly at the hotel.

  6. In case of unavailability of services, you will receive the complete refunds except the convenience charges. 

  7. In case of hotel sold out or hotel not found at said address in hotel voucher or nearby ,you will receive the complete refunds except the convenience charges(349 per passenger and per sector) or you can choose any another hotel on that said address or nearby by contacting our support team(*hotel must be registered in our inventory) as per your requirement and pay the difference amount for new hotel.

  8. In case of any service related issue with hotel you need to take at least 5 photos of defects and raise it to our support team on ( and immediately contact our customer support team to resolve that issue. After that we are not liable for any inconvenience cost.

  9. In case guest need extra services(*depends on availability) at hotel he/she need to pay extra charges(*depends on service) directly to the hotel at the time of check-in or contact our customer support team.

  10. All the refunds shall be done by the Hotel directly to you and the FlightPlusHotel is not responsible to ensuring any refunds whatsoever


C. Bus Booking Policies:-



  1. The bus operators bus not departing / reaching on time.

  2. The bus operator's employees being rude.

  3. The bus operators bus seats etc not being up to the customer's expectation.

  4. The bus operator cancelling the trip due to unavoidable reasons.

  5. The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged.

  6. The bus operator changing a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / child.

  7. The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact, boarding point if you are not a regular traveller on that particular bus).

  8. The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.


  1. A copy of the ticket (A print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket e-mail).

  2. Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card). Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus.

  3. All tickets issued shall be non-transferable.

  4. Passengers are required to reach the boarding place before 30 min of scheduled departure time.


  • In case the bus operator changes the type of bus due to some reason or any other discrepancy, we will refund the differential amount to the customer only upon being intimated by the bus operator.


D. Holidays Packages Policies:

  1. You acknowledge that pictures of the holiday packages as shown on the Site are indicative and may not be representative of the actual products.

  2. The rates /prices of the holiday packages shown of the Site are quotation only and no blocking has been made. Prices/Taxes are subject to changes and availability.

  3. You are requested to confirm acceptance of the holiday packages customized for you by return email for a valid booking to be made.

  4. Booking of holiday packages is subject to availability and confirmation of the holiday package supplier. Special rates shall apply for peak seasons and the inclusions of such holiday packages may vary without any notice.

  5. In case we are not able to provide the Hotel Packages as shown on the Site, we reserve the right to give the substitute Hotel Package of the same standard.

  6. You agree that the terms of the holiday packages may be subject to change at short notices due to circumstances beyond our or the suppliers control included but not limited to force majeure events etc.

  7. In such cases we act only as an intermediary agent with only the role of a mediator. Even if you make a booking through us, the contract will be between the supplier and you and the general travel and contractual terms and conditions of the supplier shall apply. We are not a party to the contractual relationship.



Refunds against the Cancellation of Hotel Reservation:

  1. The Cancellation Policies of the Hotels are dynamic and may change from time to time. The Cancellation policy of the Hotel may change in the interim period of booking and date of stay of the Guest. The Cancellation Policy prevailing at the time of check in/cancellation of the booking by the Customer will be the applicable policy.

  2. Refunds against the cancellation of the hotels depend upon the cancellation policies of the particular hotels. Apart from the cancellation charges levied by the hotels, we only charge a negligible amount of Rs. 499 as cancellation service charges for each room.
